Terra is an astrocartography and self-reflection tool. It turns your birth details into personalised guidance about places for love, work, joy, and growth. It is provided for personal insight, entertainment, and inspiration only. It is not professional advice — not financial, legal, medical, psychological, immigration, or relocation advice — and you should not treat its output as a prediction or a substitute for professional guidance. Decisions you make (including moving or travelling) are your own.
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Terra. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes depending on your location. We may change prices prospectively; changes won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your premium access continues until the end of the paid period. [Describe your refund policy here — e.g. “Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable,” or a 14-day EU withdrawal right for consumers.] Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you may have.
Terra, its design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Your reading is generated for your personal use; the underlying software and templates remain ours. Place photographs are provided via Unsplash under their licence.
Readings are produced with the help of AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic. They are probabilistic interpretations, not facts. Use judgement, and don’t rely on them for important decisions.
We aim to keep Terra available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and update these terms; material changes will be notified and take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the output is accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on Terra. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using Terra and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION/VENUE], without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
